All full-time hourly and salary employees, working 30+ hours per week as of your date of hire, are eligible for benefits. For hourly, coverage begins at the beginning of the month following your date of hire. For salary, coverage begins as of your date of hire.
The elections you choose now will remain until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you or your family members experience a qualifying life event.
